how can I place an order? You can place an order by adding the desired product to your shopping cart and following the steps in the checkout process. Make sure you fill in all required information correctly.

Can I change or cancel my order? Yes, you can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact our customer service at info@nadokids.com for assistance.

Products

Can I view the products somewhere?
You can view all products in the webshop, with various photos and information about the products. Nadokids®️ does not have a physical store and is an online store, the products cannot (yet) be viewed in a store. Would you like more information or photos of a specific product? Send an email to info@nadokids.com .

Do the colors of the items in the webshop always match the delivered products?
Naturally. However, colors in a photo can look different on every screen. Nadokids®️ tries to inform you as best as possible about the correct color of the product, but in reality it may differ slightly from the photo. A lot of attention is paid to the photography of the products in the webshop, to inform you as best as possible about the color and material. Unfortunately, no rights can be derived from this.

Shipping information

What are the shipping costs? Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and size of your order. You can calculate shipping costs during the checkout process.

How long will it take to receive my order? Delivery time depends on your location and product availability. On average it takes 1-3 working days for your order to be delivered.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. The items must be unused and in the original packaging. Please read the return policy before making a return. You can find the returns policy at the bottom of our web page.

Can I exchange a product? Yes, you can exchange a product within 30 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service to initiate the exchange process.
