Nadokids®️ Warranty Policy

2 Year Warranty

At Nadokids®️ we are proud of the quality and durability of our children's furniture. We fully stand behind our products and therefore offer a two-year limited warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects from the date of purchase. We strive for complete customer satisfaction and do everything we can to resolve any problems quickly and efficiently.

What is Covered

  • Production defects : Defects caused by errors in the production process.
  • Material defects : Defects due to defective materials.
  • Structural Defects : Problems with the structure or frame of the product.

What is Not Covered

  • Damage due to Misuse : Damage caused by improper or incorrect use of the product.
  • Normal Wear : Wear and tear resulting from normal use over time.
  • Accidents or Abuse : Damage caused by accidents, abuse, or improper installation.
  • Adjustments or Repairs by Third Parties : Damage caused by adjustments or repairs that have not been approved by Nadokids®️.

Warranty period

  • The warranty is valid for a period of two years from the date of purchase.

Conditions for Validity

  • The product must be assembled and used according to the supplied instructions.
  • The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact Us : Contact our customer service at info@nadokids.com. Please include the order number and a brief description of the problem in your message.
  2. Documentation : Provide proof of purchase and clear photos of the defect. This helps us to assess the claim more quickly.
  3. Review : Our team will review your claim within 5 business days and contact you to discuss next steps.

Claims handling

  • Repair : If possible, we will repair the defective product.
  • Replacement : If repair is not possible, we will replace the product with a new one.
  • Refund : In exceptional cases, and if repair or replacement is not possible, we offer a full or partial refund.

Cost

  • Any shipping costs for returning the defective product will be borne by the customer. Nadokids®️ covers the costs of returning the repaired or replaced product.

Legal rights

  • This warranty is in addition to and does not affect the customer's statutory rights. For more information about your legal rights, please contact the Consumers' Association or a legal advisor.

Applicable law

  • Dutch law applies to this warranty. Disputes can be submitted to the competent court.
